Little green grocer
Every time Q turns its head, another company has unveiled its eco-friendly bag (Kooba for Barneys New York, or Mat and Nat for She boutique). We think it's great that adults are jumping on the green bandwagon, but what about the children--our future? That's where "My Bag and Me!" comes in. Karen Farmer wrote a children's book about a little boy and his reusable grocery bag. Farmer writes: "My mommy has taught me it's the right thing to do, so I remind her it's important that she bring her bag, too." Now that's one carbon-footprint-reducing good idea.
