Special Agent Christopher Lorek and Special Agent Stephen Shaw were assigned to the FBI's Critical Incident Response Group. The cause of the incident is under review.
What we would like to really see is the FBI to come in and bring all of their resources, skills, equipment and experience to bear. That's what we need. This is a case where we are not going to let this just become a file sitting on someone's desk
Like all who serve on the Hostage Rescue Team, they accept the highest risk each and every day, when training and on operational missions, to keep our nation safe. Our hearts are with their wives, children, and other loved ones who feel their loss most deeply. And they will always be part of the FBI Family.

I can't see any way that it helps the community. It's just something we have to get through, and I am glad that the sheriff (Donny Youngblood) has enlisted the aid of the FBI in the investigation.

We have not been contacted by the FBI and have no reason to believe that they are conducting an investigation ... As we have stated from the beginning, none of the allegations involve Representative Bachmann.
Andy Parrish has been contacted by the FBI for purposes of an interview ... That has been set up for next week and Mr. Parrish will cooperate fully.
