There’s a lime shortage right now, perhaps you’ve heard? And as if that wasn’t enough of a concern, Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner.
The holiday basically hinges on the lime, as margaritas, guacamole and tacos are synonymous with the celebration. So that poses a bit of a conundrum. While limes are still available, albeit at a higher price, some of us don’t want to contribute to the crisis.
