BUZZ: Rosie O'Donnell, Fran Drescher combine for TV's whiniest sitcom?

Two of television's most recognizable voices (to put it very, very, very mildly and kindly) are coming together: Rosie O'Donnell and Fran Drescher.

The ladies are developing a sitcom called "The New Thirty," Drescher, 50, told In Touch Weekly. It's slated to center around high school friends on the verge of a midlife crisis who live in the same apartment building in Manhattan.

"It's kind of 'Sex and the City' but we ain't getting any," Drescher tells the magazine. "It'll probably be more like 'The Odd Couple.' I'll be Oscar and [Rosie will] be Felix."

Rosie's last TV gig was on ABC talk show "The View," which ended last year before her contract was up and right after a heated on-air argument with co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

So, will there be a battle-of-opinions between Rosie, 46, and her newest co-star? Perhaps not, as Drescher says she would trust Rosie with her life and her business.

"I love Rosie, and I've known her for many, many years," the former "Nanny" star says.

Hmm, we think she's one of the few who feels that way.

For some reason, we don't think Lindsay Lohan is good at taking orders under pressure in a loud, crowded place. So DJ'ing seems like an odd gig.

But that's what she'll supposedly be doing tomorrow at Naomi Campbell's 38th birthday party, reports models blog.info

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are throwing the party in Cannes.

Other A-listers expected to attend include Bono and Sharon Stone.

For their sake, we hope Lohan's picked up some tips from DJ pal Samantha Ronson.
