Interested in popping the question? From sports arenas to Times Square marquees, the perfect proposal is just a knee bend away.

For a "getaway proposal," Princess Cruises (866-444-8820) has launched an Engagement Under the Stars package on its new ship, the Crown Princess, sailing out of Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The $695 package includes a videotaping session in which you create your personalized proposal that's later shown on the ship's giant outdoor movie screen. The couple also receives a number of romantic amenities -- photos, massages, dinner for two, champagne and breakfast in your cabin.

The Engaging Proposals program at Fairmont Hotels (866-ON-1-KNEE) offers two packages to choose from; both include romantic services from spa treatments to hot-air balloon adventures.

If you're into theatrics, take your proposal center stage at the off-Broadway musical "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change." Contact the Westside Theatre (212-315-2244) to arrange joining the cast onstage during the curtain call to profess your undying love.

To see your own name in Broadway lights, head to Toys "R" Us (646-366-8864.) The Times Square store's Marquee Moment package posts your picture and message on its outdoor screen.

You can also impress your sweetie by visiting Hershey's Times Square (212-581-9100), where your proposal scrolls across its outdoor marquee. For just $4.95, you'll still have money left over for dessert.

At Yankee Stadium (718-579-4464), $100 will buy you a proposal on the Yankees Fan Marquee on the Diamond Vision screen in right centerfield.

For a more private moment, transport your lady to Venice, Italy, on a private gondola tour ($30 per half-hour) at the Central Park Boathouse (212-517-2233).
