Dream Kardashian: Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian welcome baby girl

Reality-TV star Rob Kardashian and his fiancee Blac Chyna, owner of the Lashed cosmetics line, have welcomed their first child together.

E!, the network behind “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” said Thursday that the couple’s daughter Dream arrived at 9:18 a.m. PT that morning, weighing 7 pounds, 5 ounces. Us Weekly noted that the birth took place at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. TMZ.com had noted on Sunday that Chyna, 28, born Angela Renee White, was planning to book the same $4,000-a-night luxury hospital suite where Kardashian’s older sister, Kim delivered her and husband Kanye West’s second child, Saint.

TMZ, which also said Chyna was planning to have a C-section, additionally reported that while a camera crew was on hand to record the birth for a television special, some of the production plans violated hospital protocol, necessitating negotiations. (The show, “The Rob & Chyna Baby Special,” will air Dec. 18 at 8 p.m. on E!.)

Chyna and Kardashian, 29, arrived at the hospital at around 6:40 a.m. PT, E! said, accompanied by Chyna’s mother, who goes by the name Tokyo Toni. Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, and her beau Corey Gamble were en route to the hospital, added E!
Chyna and Kardashian revealed in May that they were expecting their first child together. On Sept. 11, Kardashian specified the gender, following that evening episode of E!’s “Rob & Chyna” that included a scene of them getting the news in their doctor’s office. “We having a girl! Can’t wait to see her,” Kardashian wrote on Instagram. Chyna the next day posted an Instagram image of what appeared to be a sonogram, captioned, “Rob Kardashian and I can’t wait to meet our baby girl.”

Chyna has a nearly 4-year-old son, King Cairo Stevenson, with her former boyfriend, rapper Tyga. This is Kardashian’s first child.
