Lindsay Lohan argument draws London police response

Amid reports Lindsay Lohan is fleeing London after a tempestuous early-morning argument between her and beau Egor Tarabasov, the actress has posted a request for privacy.

“I would appreciate if these speculations regarding my personal life would respectfully come to a halt,” the “Mean Girls” star, 30, posted on Instagram Monday, accompanying a photo of a heart-shaped cloud. “Unfortunately, a private matter has become more public than I can control and I would be extremely grateful if my fiancé and myself could discuss our personal matters on our own. There are more important things going on in the world than our relationship. Please leave us be to solve our personal matters.”

In weekend social-media posts, Lohan for the first time publicly referred to Tarabasov as her fiancé, and promptly castigated him for alleged infidelity. The British tabloid The Sun then posted a three-minute video Sunday of a spat that took place on Lohan’s London balcony around 5 a.m. Saturday. Shot from a floor slightly above, the three-minute clip shows grainy, unrecognizable images of a light-haired woman arguing with a dark-haired man.

In it, the woman yells to neighbors what appears to be her address and then the name “Lindsay Lohan,” followed by, “Please, please, please” and then addressing the man: “You just strangled me. You almost killed me. Everybody will know. Get out of my house.”

After some wailing, the woman shouts, “Somebody help me.” Following some unintelligible talk and more wailing, she screams at the man, “I’m done! I don’t love you anymore! You tried to kill me! Psycho! You’re a [expletive] psycho! … We are finished.”

She goes on to tell him, “No. Egor, you’ve been strangling me constantly. … You can’t strangle a woman constantly and beat the [expletive] out of her and think it’s OK. Everybody saw you touch me. It’s filmed. Get out! Get out!”

Later she adds, “Do it, whatever it is. Do it. I dare you again. You’re [expletive] crazy. You sick [expletive]. You need help. It’s my house — get out of my house!” After another unintelligible passage, she says softly, “You broke my heart. You just tried to kill me.” At the two-minute, 29-second mark, she opens the balcony door, shouts an expletive, then shuts the door and cries. One second before the video ends, she enters the home.

Police responding minutes later to neighbors’ phone calls, however, found no one home after forcing their way in. A police spokesman told The Sun, “Officers attended and following concerns for the welfare of the occupants inside they forced entry into the address. There was no one inside but enquiries were made and the occupants were traced and found to be safe and well.”

The paper said that less than 24 hours later, Lohan, originally of Cold Spring Harbor and Merrick, exited the home with a friend and in no apparent distress. TMZ.com said she was then photographed Monday morning London time driving in the direction of Heathrow Airport.
