Naomi Watts alludes to Liev Schreiber split

Naomi Watts has commented obliquely on the end of her 11-year relationship with Liev Schreiber, which the couple announced in September, telling the Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph, “I feel like change is always scary, but that’s only because transition for anyone is new and you wonder how things are going to go.”

The two-time Academy Award-nominee, 48, currently filming the Netflix series “Gypsy” in New York, added, “I feel I’m in a good place in my life and I want to make sure my kids are healthy, my kids are happy and things are going to go well. Those are my hopes for me and for all of us.”

She told the paper that depending on her shooting schedule, she and Schreiber’s two children, sons Alexander, 9, and Samuel, 7, might spend Christmas “at Amagansett, at my beach house.”
