Trump's new travel ban: Jerry Seinfeld, Iman and other celebrities with ties to affected countries
You might be surprised to learn these celebrities have family ties to Iran, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Yemen and Libya -- the six countries affected by President Trump's latest order limiting travel and immigration.
"New Girl" actress Nasim Pedrad was born in Tehran, Iran, and grew up in Irvine, Calif. She is known best as a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" and a voice actress in "The Lorax" and "Despicable Me 2."

Asa Soltan Rahmati
Asa Soltan Rahmati has said that her family fled Iran in the 1970s when she was a child. They later moved to California, where she appeared on Season 1 of Bravo's "Shahs of Sunset."
