All you can drink brunch

Brunch at Sunburnt Cow

All you can drink brunch at the Sunburnt Cow. (Sam Horine)

Who says the party has to end when the sun comes up? Restaurants that feature unlimited drink specials on weekend mornings help keep the celebration going (or act as a cure for the night before). Here are some of our favorite bottomless brunch spots around town.

The Sunburnt Cow The "Down Under" party mentality comes to New York at this brightly colored Australian bar and restaurant. Starting at noon, the Sunburnt Cow's $15 Endless Brunch menu features an entree of your choice, plus all you can drink. Choose from MooMosas, MooMarys, screwdrivers and beer. Nothing cures a hangover like eggs benedict and a bottomless MooMosa. (137 Avenue C, between Eighth and Ninth streets; 212-529-0005; Saturday and Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.)

Paradou At this quaint French restaurant in the Meatpacking District, diners can sit in the garden and enjoy an entree and endless champagne for $29 (meal choices include duck reuben and quiche). The restaurant is also the perfect opportunity to escape the noise of the city. (8 Little West 12th St., between Washington Street and Ninth Avenue; 212-463-8345; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

H.K. Cafe As more New Yorkers move farther west in Midtown, the need for hip brunch spots grows. At this trendy, modernly designed spot, an additional $12.95 to your meal will get you unlimited Bloody Marys, mimosas, screwdrivers, Bellinis and champagne to drink with your French toast or steak and eggs. (523 Ninth Ave. at 39th Street; 212-947-4208; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Calle Ocho At Calle Ocho, the food is tasty, the music's loud and the drinks are always flowing. You'll get an endless supply of 10 different flavored sangrias with brunch, regardless of whether you order an entree or a side dish. Start your morning right with some huevos divorciados (crab cakes, eggs and chili sauce) and a summery beverage. (446 Columbus Ave., between 81st and 82nd streets; 212-873-5025; Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Rice If you're in the mood for an exotic meal inspired by countless cultures, Rice is the place to go. Don't expect the usual morning of scrambled eggs and French toast -- brunch here might include Thai coconut curry or warm lentil stew. Twenty dollars will buy unlimited mimosas and sweet champagne with a strawberry puree, along with your main course. (115 Lexington Ave. at 28th Street; 212-686-5400; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Waterstone Grill Head down near the East River to sit outside at this tasty seafood restaurant. For $10 with your brunch purchase, you receive unlimited Bloody Marys, champagne and mimosas. Enjoy specialties such as the smoked salmon brunch or a seafood omelet, and then head down for a walk by the water. (79 Pearl St., between Broad Street and Hanover Square; 212-943-1602; Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Maracas Bar and Grill If you want to turn brunch-time into a fiesta, swing by Maracas Bar and Grill. Music, televisions and a jukebox ensure that brunch is always lively. Entrees range from $9.95 to $14.95, and for just five extra dollars receive unlimited Bloody Marys, frozen margaritas and mimosas with your quesadillas and eggchilladas. (33 Greenwich Ave., between Sixth and Seventh avenues; 347-448-5078; Saturday and Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Scottadito Osteria Toscana Get delicious Tuscan cooking along with unlimited champagne and mimosas for only $12. Enjoy the rustic, Italian atmosphere while enjoying fine food and drinks in the front dining room or back atrium. Menu choices range from omelets to salads. (788A Union St., between Sixth and Seventh avenues, Park Slope, Brooklyn; 718-636-4800; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
