Brooklyn is apparently not the end all, be all for Lena Dunham.

The "Girls" mogul, after dissing Los Angeles in media reviews ("it's not the right place for me," the 28-year-old told Vogue last year) is plunking down nearly $2.7 million for a 2,500-square-foot three-bedroom, three-bath house with a guesthouse and pool, according to TMZ.

The sparkling white craftsman-style house looks to be fully remodeled, and sports a chef's kitchen, along with lots of glass cabinetry and built-ins.

It is surrounded by privacy-providing hedges, should anyone wish to cavort naked, something Dunham reportedly enjoys.

Dunham bought a one-bedroom in Brooklyn Heights in 2012, telling The New York Times magazine it required "vague remodeling and painting of dank walls." She now reportedly lives with her boyfriend, rocker Jack Antonoff.

Dunham's publicists could not be reached for comment and she was silent about the matter on her Twitter feed.
