The New York Botanical Garden

Situated on 250 acres in the Bronx, the New York Botanical Garden is an oasis of greenery and beauty. Be sure to visit the landmark Enid A. Haupt Conservatory and the Everett Children's Adventure Garden. The site has 48 gardens and plant collections.


Queens Botanical Garden

Originally an exhibit at the 1939 New York World's Fair, the Queens Botanical Garden is just steps away from Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The garden features a variety of gardens, including rose and herb, and hosts many cultural events.


Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Located on 39 acres, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden was founded in 1910. The garden is known for its beautiful Japanese hill-and-pond garden. It also features a lilly pool terrace, a fragrance garden and a Shakespeare garden.


Staten Island Botanical Garden

This 86-acre sanctuary has one of the area's largest English perennial border gardens. The property also has exotic flowers, wetlands and woodlands. Adjacent is the spectacular Chinese Scholar's Garden.
