Madonna, Guy Ritchie divorcing?
The divorce rumors have been flying for months, but Madonna and Guy Richie might be seriously headed for splitsville.
According to a report from the Times of London newspaper Thursday, Madonna has sought legal advice from high-powered divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton -- the same lawyer who handled Sir Paul McCartney's highly-publicized and tumultuous split from Heather Mills (Thanks to Shackleton, McCartney only had to part with $48.6 million, vs. the $160 million Mills reportedly wanted).
Citing "legal circles in London," the Times claims the couple does not have a prenuptial agreement. (Madge's estimated worth is around $600 million.)
Madonna's rep has issued the expected "No comment," regarding the report and there has been no word from Richie's camp.
The couple wed in 2000 and have two children (Madonna's daughter, Lourdes, 11, is from a prior relationship with Carlos Leon); Rocco Richie, 7, and David Banda, 21 months, whom they adopted from Malawi in 2006.
