If you just want to skip the boozing and partying with a quiet evening on the couch, the television can be your friend for New Year’s Eve. Here’s a rundown of the night’s television offerings, from live shows to movies and more:

‘New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly’ (NBC/4, 11:30 p.m.): The late-night host rings in 2014 with as-yet-unnamed musical performances during his two-hour broadcast from Times Square.

 

‘New Year’s Eve Live’ (Fox/5, 11 p.m.): Mario Lopez hosts live from Las Vegas, with performances by J. Cole, New Politics, Krewella and Panic! at the Disco.

 

‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014′ (ABC/7, 11:30 p.m.): Ryan Seacrest hosts live from Times Square, with performances by Billy Joel, Blondie, Icona Pop, Miley Cyrus and more.

 

‘¡Feliz 2014!’ (Univision, 9:55 p.m.): The show features live broadcasts from Times Square, Disneyland and Acapulco and performances by Latin music stars.

 

‘New Year’s Eve 2013’ (BET, 11 p.m.): Mack Wilds and Lil Mama host live in Times Square, with appearances by Trey Songz, ASAP Rocky and more.

 

‘New Year’s Eve Live With Anderson Cooper and Kathy Griffin’ (CNN, 9 p.m.): The newsman and comedian once again team up live from Times Square.

 

‘All American New Year’ (FNC, 10 p.m.): Co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Bill Hemmer are joined by Rodney Atkins, Blues Traveler, Susan Boyle and more.

 

‘New Year’s Eve’ (Cinemax, 10 p.m.-midnight): Garry Marshall’s star-packed flick.

 

‘The Honeymooners’ Marathon (WPIX/11, 11 p.m.)
