Paula Abdul: 'I was confused'

Paula Abdul is eager clear up rumors surrounding her latest snafu on ' American Idol.' The ³AI² judge explained on Ryan Seacrest¹s KIIS FM radio show yesterday that Tuesday night¹s live show was 'so confusing.' It was so confusing, in fact, that she gave a critique of contestant Jason Castro and then critiqued a second song that he hadn¹t even sung!

'The second song, I felt like your usual charm was missing for me,² she said. ³It kind of left me a little empty and the two songs made me feel like you¹re not fighting hard enough to get into the top four.² Abdul later said that she ³got lost in my notes² and blamed producers for switching up the show¹s format at the last minute.

Brangelina might be having their next child in France after all.

Brad Pitt and his pregnant partner, Angelina Jolie, are shacking up at the St. Jean Cap Ferrat house of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen for what will be a ³stay of long duration² a source told People magazine.

Jolie, who is due in early summer, reportedly plans to give birth in France.
