Kidney transplant recipient Matthew Francis, 14, of Rockaway Beach, Queens, got a surprise visitor on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at the Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park. Francis, who was recently cleared to play his favorite sport again after being sidelined by a genetic kidney disorder, met former Knicks star John Starks after receiving a new kidney on April 4.
