Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was second-guessed and criticized for removing Tim Duncan for the last two possessions of Game 6 because he wanted a smaller team to defend the three-point line. Chris Bosh grabbed the offensive rebound and fed Ray Allen for the series-changing three.

Faced with a similar situation in the fifth game this season, Popovich pulled Duncan with 12.8 seconds left and the Spurs up three to Phoenix. The Suns misfired on two three-point tries.

Little consolation now, but Popovich said after Game 6 he does that all the time. Still, the Suns aren't the Heat and have no one named Ray Allen.
