Former Dodgers manager Tommy Lasorda and Sandy Koufax shake hands at Dodger Stadium before the home opener. Koufax, who made a rare Dodger Stadium visit, was asked to throw out the first pitch. Koufax said he didn't want to do it alone, so he was joined by Carl Erskine and Don Newcombe.
