This barbell class promises to sculpt, tone and strengthen physiques through lots of repetition. The 55-minute workout, which consists of push-ups, clean-and-presses and hang cleans, obliterates 500-plus calories. Length: 6 weeks
It's one hour at a time for this six-week challenge. Workouts incorporate resistance bands, a blue ball and a ballet barre for abs, leg, butt and arm exercises that will sculpt your physique. All segments are high energy, and some use a bit of choreography. The challenge consists of four classes a week, and you can track your progress with weekly measurements. Alycea Ungaro's Real Pilates' Pilates Promise
Length: 10 weeks
