9/11 Memorial Museum marks one-year anniversary of first opening (VIDEO)

The 9/11 Memorial Museum marked the first anniversary since its the first opening on Friday, May 15, 2015 with a time-lapse video of 10 years of reconstruction at Ground Zero.

The video, first released in 2014, shows the rebuilding of the 16-acre site in Lower Manhattan through EarthCam.

The 9/11 Memorial Museum opened on May 15, 2014 for families of victims, first responders and recovery workers affected by the terrorist attacks. It opened to the general public on May 21.
