How to help
The Mayor's Alliance says the best way to get involved in saving
animals from being euthanized is to adopt.
The city shelters are full
of puppies, kittens, older dogs and cats that have their shots and are
in need of a home. The shelters even house rabbits, birds and iguanas.
Those who own pets should make sure they are spade or neutered. If you
