Paterson forms transition team

While awaiting his presumed moment in the spotlight, Lt. Gov. David Paterson stayed in the shadows Tuesday.
The veteran lawmaker, however, reportedly has already begun forming a transition team. Assembly Republican Leader James Tedisco said he's received a call from Paterson talking about the future.
Patterson spent the morning at his home in Guilderland, a small town outside of Albany. He traveled to Albany around noon, and told reporters that he had not spoken with Spitzer..
