The staircase and corridor enterting the World Trade Center subway station is the last remaining area from the original World Trade Center building. The doors and staircase would lead people to shopping areas under the World Trade Center. Currently the stairs and corridor lead commuters from the MTA Subway system to the Path Station or up the escalators to Church Street. Originally shot on March 9, 2008 and published in amNewYork on March 10, 2008.
