AIRLINES:

SCHOOLS:

All New York City public schools citywide and above 14th Street reopen today, two hours later than the usual opening time. Schools below 14th Street remain closed. Crisis management teams in the schools will provide counseling.

The City University of New York: Classes resumed yesterday with the exception of Manhattan Community College in lower Manhattan.

Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn: All schools reopen today. Parish priests will be available at the schools for counseling.

Long Island: All public schools will be open today.

MISSING RESCUE WORKERS:

The Uniformed EMTs and Paramedics, Fire Department of New York union has established a hotline for families of missing EMS workers in New York City. Call 718-609-9217, -9218 or -9219.

NATIONAL GUARD:

Members should call 518-786-4581 for information.

MAIL SERVICE:

The Postal Service will deliver and pick up mail except in most neighborhoods below 14th Street in Manhattan. Postal employees may call an emergency number: 212-330-3615.

BLOOD DONATIONS:

Call The Red Cross at 718-558-0053 or 800-GIVE-BLOOD; or call the New York Blood Center at 800-933-BLOOD; or contact America's Blood Centers at 888-BLOOD-88 for information on donating.
