Commack

  • The owner of a Ford Econoline told police he saw a man break into the van on Garet Place and take his two tool boxes May 29.

    Fort Salonga
  • A car was broken into May 30 on Hayes Hill Drive and an iPod, laptop computer and checks were stolen.

    • Police reported May 30 that two Molotov cocktails were thrown into a yard on Rose Court that damaged the shrubs and a barbecue.

    Huntington Station

  • A resident on 1st Avenue said a person he knew took his strong box that had money and personal papers in it April 30.
