  • A passenger-side window was broken Friday on a car on Ferndale Drive and the navigation device was stolen.

  • The navigation system was stolen Friday from a Honda Accord parked on Commack Road.

    • A computer and television were taken during a burglary at a house on Grand Haven Drive that was reported yesterday. The police report said entry was made through a basement window.

  • An employee at the Ultra 3 Cosmetics store on Route 454 said two women stole items from the store and drove off in a silver colored Mercury yesterday.

  • Windows were broken and a wall was reported damaged today at the old Toys R Us store on Jericho Turnpike.

  • A window was broken yesterday and a purse was stolen from a car on Straight Path.

  • A man was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with shoplifting after he was caught stealing a canvas bag from a store at the Walt Whiman Mall.
