An NYPD sergeant was arrested late Tuesday on rape charges for allegedly having sex with a minor over the course of two years, police said.

Bronx prosecutors arraigned Sgt. Vladimir Krull, 37, on nine charges, including rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child for various incidents that allegedly took place between September 2013 and last week. The victim was 13 during their first encounter, the criminal complaint said.

Krull, who was released on $75,000 bail, was under investigation by the NYPD's internal affairs bureau for the alleged trysts that took place while he was off duty. He is a 10-year veteran of the NYPD and was assigned to the midtown North precinct, according to the NYPD.

Although Krull privately retained a lawyer, according to a source, no information on his counsel was available.

The Sergeants Benevolent Association didn't return a phone call or email for comment.
