We won¹t forget Astroland

It appears Astroland¹s days in Coney Island are over, and a whole generation that grew up enjoying rides at cheap prices has probably bit the dust, too.

I only hope Coney Island will retain its atmosphere of being a place to enjoy oneself for a fairly inexpensive price.

Hopefully, another amusement park will take its place that will be even better. But Astroland will live on in the memories and photographs of Coney Island, just as Steeplechase Park has, and Luna Park, and Dreamland.

Yes the stuff dreams are made of, all long gone, but not forgotten.
