A man was charged Thursday with dealing drugs in front of a Woodhaven home that housed a family-run day care upstairs, police said.

Michael Gomez, 24, was arrested Thursday after allegedly selling to undercover officers on two occasions within the last month.

The day care upstairs was run by Gomez's parents, police said, with Gomez living in the basement apartment.

His parents were not charged.

Officers recovered several ounces of ecstasy and four ounces of marijuana.

Gomez was awaiting arraignment on Thursday and could not be reached for comment.
