Subway stabbing: 13-year-old attacked by teen girl, cops say

A 13-year-old boy was stabbed by a teenage girl on the subway in Brooklyn on Wednesday, according to authorities.

Police said the victim was on a Manhattan-bound C train near Ralph Avenue in Brooklyn around 6 p.m. when he got into a fight with the girl.

As the train stopped at Ralph Avenue, police said the girl took out a knife from her bag and stabbed the boy once in the stomach.

The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition, authorities said.

Police are still searching for the teen suspect, who they said is between 14 and 16 years old.
