Official Rules

1. TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Starting on June 1, 2008, go to amny.com/contests to enter to win. If you have won a sweepstakes sponsored by AT&T or amNewYork within the past 30 days, you are not eligible to enter.

2. DEADLINE: All web entries must be received by June 30, 2008. Entrants must use their own name. AT&T and amNewYork are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries for any reason.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: All entries will be pooled together, and the winner shall be randomly selected from among them by amNewYork on or about July 1, 2008. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within ten (10) days of the drawing. If a selected winner is ineligible, or if amNewYork is unable to make contact with a selected winner after reasonable effort and time, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from among all remaining eligible entries.

4. AWARDING & DELIVERY OF PRIZES: The eligible entry chosen will be the Grand PrizeWinner. One Grand Prize Winner will receive: a Samsung Access phone, and $50 in AT&T gift cards (Approximate retail Value $399.99) All Prizes will be mailed by AT&T. Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No prize substitutions are available, however, amNewYork reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value. All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the Contest made by amNewYork are final and binding.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, a US citizen and a resident of either NY, NJ, CT to win. Winner must provide proof of age, identity, and residency if asked. Employees and immediate family members of AT&T and amNewYork their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies (the "Contest Entities") are not eligible to win. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: a. Use of winner's name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to the Contest Entities, their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material for broadcast and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes. b. By entering, each entrants grants permission without compensation, to allow the contest entities to share their entry information among AT&T and amNewYork, and further grants permission to be contacted regarding special promotional and marketing offers by AT&T and amNewYork. c. Execution of Affidavit and Release: By entering, each entrant agrees that if selected as a winner, he/she may be required to sign a release and waiver of liability. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant if the winner does not execute the prepared form of release and waiver within the stated timeframe, or if the selected winner is not eligible in accordance with these rules. d. Release Sponsors of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release the Contest Entities, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of the contest prize. e. No Prize Substitutions: No substitute prizes are available; however, amNewYork may, at its discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value. f. Governing Law: This contest shall be governed and enforced pursuant to New York law, excluding choice of law provisions.
