Tiny house on Long Island can be yours for $550,000

At 600 square feet, this tiny home in North Haven, Long Island is smaller than some New York City apartments.

Listing agent Mary Ann Cinelli of Brown Harris Stevens says it’s getting a lot of attention.

On the market for $550,000, the home has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a separate artist’s studio that’s around 100 square feet.

It was built around 1980 and is filled with rustic finishes, including wooden ceilings and beams.

“It’s just adorable,” Cinelli says. “Out here we have so many mansions, so this is something different and unique. I think it’s great for maybe an artist, maybe someone with a boat who wants something tiny in town.”
