The Giants finished in second place in 2012, so they can finalize who and where they'll play in 2013. The dates and times and all that fun stuff will be hammered out in April.
Just a hunch, but the Giants-Broncos game might be appealing to networks who air prime time football.

For the second week in a row an opposing player has been fined for a hit on Victor Cruz. Last week it was Chris Hope of the Flacons who was tagged for $30,000 and this week it was the Ravens’ Ed Reed who was smacked up for $55,000.
“Nobody likes to see the Salsa Man get hurt,” Cruz said jokingly of the fines that have come from him being hit. “I don’t know what it is.”
The latest fine,... » more
At least three Giants are guaranteed a chance to play beyond Sunday’s regular-season finale. Victor Cruz, Chris Snee and Jason Pierre-Paul were all named to the NFC roster for the Pro Bowl, which will be played in Honolulu on Jan. 27. Pierre-Paul was named a starter for the team.
“I’m honored and humbled to be selected,” said Cruz, who had the most votes from fans among NFC wide receivers.... » more
Justin Tuck will not play in the Giants’ most important game of the season.
The defensive end was listed as inactive against the Ravens, even though he was labeled as questionable for the game late in the week. He did not practice at all this week with a shoulder injury.
Tuck was unsure if he would play when he spoke to reporters on Thursday, but certain that whatever role he was in... » more
The Giants are almost “all in.”
In their final practice before their most important game of the year, just about every player was on the field preparing for the Ravens. The lone exception was defensive captain Justin Tuck, who is dealing with a shoulder injury. He was on the sideline working on what looked to be his left shoulder and riding the stationary bicycle.
Tom Coughlin had expressed... » more
The Giants’ secondary looks to be coming together. The offensive line is going in the opposite direction.
While Kenny Phillips and Prince Amukamara were both back practicing with the Giants for a second day and looking like they’ll be ready to play against the Ravens on Sunday, two of the team’s starting offensive linemen – Chris Snee and David Baas – missed a second straight practice.

Ahmad Bradshaw said he needs to convince Tom Coughlin to let him play against the Ravens. Turns out he’s targeting the wrong opinion.
“We’d all love to have him play, but it will be a medical decision, it’s not going to be mine,” Coughlin said. “Although he wants to play as badly as he can, if the doctors feel he can play without hurting himself, then I think that very well could be the case.... » more
It didn’t work out all that well last time, but Eli Manning still thinks he’ll be able to take a few notes and nuggets from his brother Peyton as he prepares for the Ravens … the team Peyton and the Broncos just beat.
It’s only the fourth time in their careers that the Mannings are facing the same team in back-to-week weeks, but it’s the second time this season. Eli picked Peyton’s brain in... » more
All of the Giants want to make it to the Super Bowl, but one REALLY wants the team to go to New Orleans.
That’s running back Andre Brown, who broke his left fibula against the Packers on Nov. 25. The Giants put him on injured reserve with a designation to return after eight weeks, so the only way he can play again this season is if the Giants go to the Super Bowl.
“I told them that if... » more
