On Sunday, the cold weather had northbound 2 and 3 trains running local from Chambers Street to 96th Street, the 4 and 5 trains running local from Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall to 125th Street and the Q running local between Canal Street and 57th Street-7th Avenue. Check MTA.info for weather-related service changes.
