Subway service along the Seventh Avenue line will be shut down overnight this week.

The MTA will be conducting its Fastrack maintenance program on the 1, 2, and 3 lines from Monday till Friday.

Between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. 1 trains won't be running between the 34th Street and South Ferry stations and 2 and 3 trains won't be running between the 34th Street and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays station.

The agency says the program lets workers do their jobs more efficiently because they don't have to pause work and get off the track when a train passes by.

Next week, the A, C and E lines will be shut down due to Fastrack work.
