    Take a cruise around Manhattan
Tired of dining on land? Try a boat. For Valentine's Day dinner this year, board the World Yacht and partake in the Sweetheart package ($99 per person), which includes a four-course sit-down dinner and a single rose. The Romance package ($139 per person) also includes a Champagne toast and Godiva chocolates. If you can't hit the open water on the 14th, this boat sails on the 15th and 16th, too. All departures are from Pier 81 at 7 p.m. TICKETS: 212-630-8100, worldyacht.com

Impress your date with a rare glass of wine
A Voce Columbus, (10 Columbus Circle, 3rd floor), will be pouring an 18L of 2008 Soffocone Di Vincigliata Toscana (the only 18L in the U.S.) and will pour by the glass ($25), quartino ($37.50) and carafe ($125). Soffocone in Italian means fellatio, and the original label on the bottle was so seductive, sexy and mysterious that it was banned from being imported into the U.S.! Show your valentine that mischievous side. RESERVATIONS: 212-823-2523, avocerestaurant.com

Cook a meal with, or for, your lover
David Bouley's Test Kitchen, (88 West Broadway), will be hosting cooking classes on the 14th. If you want to impress your partner, take the class alone ($275), then head home with all the ingredients and recipes you'll need to create a romantic four-course meal. Or, bring your partner with you and take the cooking class and dinner for two ($650, wine pairing additional $125 per person). You'll create a six-course meal and then enjoy it to the sounds of a grand piano playing. RESERVATIONS: 212-964-2525, davidbouley.com

Eat all the parts of a pig
Fatty 'Cue, (50 Carmine St.), will be carving up an outrageous and delicious Valentine's Day dinner, and it's not for the faint of heart. The hotspot will be serving a Nose to Tail five-course tasting menu, and delicacies include a crispy pig ear salad and trotter chowder. The swine will be amplified by ingredients like escargot and black truffles. $59 per person, additional $20 for wine pairings. RESERVATIONS: 212-929-5050, fattycue.com
