Well, she had a good run.
The Bronx Zoo Peahen who flew the coop Monday is back home, after being corralled in a local business' garage Wednesday morning, the zoo said.
The green-plumed peahen — only males are called peacocks — followed in the footsteps of Mia the Bronx Zoo Cobra, who went missing for a week in March and was found in the zoo's reptile house.
Both the cobra and the peahen inspired multiple Twitter alter egos, which documented the critters' "adventures" around town.
Zoo officials say they will continue to allow the green-plumed peahen to roam free around the zoo like always.
"We are confident that after this peahen's recent adventure, she won't want to wander from her home at the zoo,” a spokesman said in an email.
