Betsey Johnson celebrates 70 in style
Nothing gets Bestey Johnson's spirits down.
Sadly, the iconic NYC designer filed for bankruptcy earlier this year - and was forced to closer her boutiques - but she threw a huge celebration on Tuesday night in true, over-the-top Betsey fashion.
Johnson combined a runway show for her new dress collection with a 70th birthday party, featuring a fab performance from Cyndi Lauper, who, of course, sang her classics "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" and "True Colors."
Guests - including Kelly Osbourne, Lil Kim, Wendy Williams, Adrienne Bailon, Jonathan Cheban, Bridget Marquardt and AnnaSophia Robb - were also treated to a full runway retrospective of Johson's 40-year career, as great vintage pieces made their way down the catwalk.
