Listen up, cabbies: When Mayor Michael Bloomberg wants to hear something on the radio, make sure it's Lady Gaga.

The mayor happily rocked out to the pop songstress in a spoof video played during his annual State of the City address Thursday. The clip featured Hizzoner being driven to his speech in the Bronx in a livery cab.

When Bloomberg News radio comes on, he requests something more upbeat: "No. Not that. What about something with Lady Gaga?" (The mayor and pop superstar shared a surprise kiss in Times Square this New Year's.)

Other highlights of Bloomberg's cab ride:

•He passes by Transportation Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan and Deputy Mayor Howard Wolfson, yelling at them to "stay in the bike lanes."

•Former Mayor Ed Koch greets him at the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge and screams repeatedly, "Welcome to my bridge!"
