Booze found in trunk of Lohan's crashed Porsche: Report

Lindsay Lohan allegedly had an open bottle of booze in her car at the time of her crash last Friday, according to TMZ.com.
The clear plastic bottle was reportedly found in the trunk of her black Porsche -- which is not illegal -- when cops responded to the crash. Police told the gossip website that Lohan, 26, did not have any alcohol in her system.
However, Lohan still may be in hot water over her alleged lie to police when she said an assistant was driving the car when the crash happened, but the assistant told cops that Lohan was driving. Police are investigating the crash.
Lohan's rep didn't return a request for comment.
