Chris Christie denies new rumors of a 2012 presidential run

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s office shot down a report Wednesday that the Republican was reconsidering a run for president in 2012.
Bloomberg columnist Jonathan Alter, citing unnamed sources, tweeted Wednesday that Christie “is conducting focus groups in preparation for a possible run for president in 2012.”
Christie spokeswoman Maria Comella told The Washington Post that the report is “absolutely not true.”
