Current reports, including Liz Smith, indicate that Natasha Richardson is either about to be or has been taken off life support at Lenox Hill Hospital on the Upper East Side following the severe brain injury she suffered two days ago. In any case, it appears to be certain that Richardson was left brain dead following the accident.
