Cops: Bruce Willis' daughter caught drinking in a subway station
Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter was busted for allegedly cracking open a cold one in a subway station.
Scout Willis, 20, was caught drinking a Pakistani beer at the Union Square station just before 7 p.m. on Monday, according to court documents. Willis then gave a transit cop someone else's ID, according to police, but eventually handed over her real license after being questioned.
"My name is Scout Willis," she said, according to police. "The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me."
Police said Willis denied knowing the girl whose name was on the ID.
A judge released Willis yesterday without having her pay bail and ordered her to return to court next month to deal with the misdemeanor charges of drinking in public and impersonating someone else.
Stacey Richman, Willis' lawyer, said her client was "intelligent, polite and well-spoken," calling her "a credit to excellent parenting."
"We were all this age once," Richman said. "I don't think this is the crime of the century."
