Cops nab alleged bank robber
Cops arrested an Upper West Side man they said robbed Manhattan banks over the last two months.
Cornell Neilly, 21, was arrested Wednesday on robbery charges. Police had been looking for him in connection with holdups at 11 banks between April 11 and May 26. Cops are still investigating some of the cases.
Neilly is accused of walking into the banks and handing notes to tellers demanding money before fleeing with the cash.
It was unclear whether he had a lawyer as of press time.
