    Demi Moore hospitalized for 'exhaustion,' will seek pro help

    Demi Moore was rushed to a hospital Monday night, possibly for substance abuse treatment, according to a report.

    Paramedics responded to a 911 call at Moore's Los Angeles home around 10:45 p.m. and rushed her to a hospital, TMZ.com reported.

    Moore's rep declined to comment on the incident, but told amNewYork in a statement: "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health, She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends."

    Moore, 49, split from her husband Ashton Kutcher last November weeks of media speculation over Kutcher's infidelity. The couple married in 2005.
