    Oh the delicacy and despair: In May, Chicago lifted a two-year ban on the controversial food made of duck or goose liver. On Wednesday, February 4, a two-hour talk at the Astor Center will discuss the ethical and culinary issues of the food with the owner of D’Artagnan food and a member of the Humane Society.
