The sight of people reclined in lounge chairs that now decorate the pedestrian-friendlier sections of Times Square “officially” has become iconic enough to warrant a T-shirt. I didn't believe it until I saw it. And it's on sale for $14.99. Bring on the tourism revenue. Or not.
