Special menu items at Brick Lane Curry House: Brick Lane Curry House is celebrating the Indian Festival of Diwali with additions to their regular menu through the end of October. Each week, master chef Karthik Kumar will serve dishes unique to a particular corner of India. Hill Country offers dinner and a concert for Charity: On Wednesday, Hill Country will host a “Texas Toast to Madison Square Park” charity dinner and Skyrocket concert to benefit the Madison Square Park Conservancy. Executive chef Elizabeth Karmel and Pit Master Pete Daversa will create entrees such as sweet chili rubbed smoked lamb chops and beer-brined smoked catfish pate. City Food Tours celebrates National Dessert Month: The Chocolate, Desserts & Wine Tour on the Upper West Side allows you to try and learn about some of NYC’s best desserts and wines.
