Congrats are in order for the Rancics!
E! News host Giuliana Rancic and hubby Bill Rancic are now the proud parents of a baby boy named Edward, born via surrogate on Wednesday night.
"THANK YOU for your love & prayers!" Giuliana, 37, tweeted Thursday.
She told E! the baby - named Edward Duke Rancic - was born at 10:12 p.m. on Wednesday, weighing in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measuring 20 inches.
"We are so in love with the little guy already!" Giuliana told E!
Both new parents were in the delivery room the entire time, and Bill cut the umbilical cord.
