'Gossip Girl' to say goodbye after 6th season
The CW has confirmed that after five successful years, "Gossip Girl" will hang up its couture.
The sixth season of the Upper East Side confection will be its last and, according to the CW, fans won't be disappointed. "Serena has gone off the grid, beyond even the reach of Gossip Girl. Her friends fear for the worst and hope for the best, but even they can't imagine where they will ultimately find her," the network hinted in a statement to Us Weekly on Thursday, adding that Season 6 will also focus on Nate's mission to reveal Gossip Girl's identity. According to TV Line, GG's story lines will wrap in 11 episodes.
